For a few seconds, there is total silence. Then, Mihir crawls out of the shattered windshield and desperately pulls a semi-conscious Tulsi from the passenger seat. As they collapse on the grass, the truck’s engine catches fire.
The Climax: The First Accusation
The episode ends at the hospital where Mihir and Tulsi are being treated for minor injuries. Ajay arrives, followed shortly by a trembling Noina. Before Noina can put on her “worried wife” act, Tulsi stands up, her forehead bandaged, and hands a small metal bolt to Mihir. She tells him, “This didn’t break, Mihir.
